We stand behind and products, which is PRIMEFORGES Design offers a warranty of 1 years from purchase. This warranty is for the original owner and is non-transferable. If you experience any issues due to defects in materials and workmanship

It is truly important that you're happy with your PRIMEFORGES Design experience -- if you run into issues, please feel free to reach out to us at support@primeforges.com

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage due to impact, batteries, loss or theft. 

This warranty applies only to purchases directly from www.primeforges.com or a PRIMEFORGES Design Authorized Dealer to the original owner. If purchase order number is not available from the PRIMEFORGES Design official website, then a proof of purchase will be required.
